Heli has excelled in client and project management roles across industries from telecoms to branding, market research, digital marketing and innovation, working from the UK and Finland with global corporates like Nokia, Microsoft, Oracle and Johnson & Johnson. Heli is very comfortable working with the complexities and politics of large corporates but equally enjoys helping out creative agencies, social businesses and start-ups.
Heli’s clients describe her as intuitive, insightful and clarifying. Her approachable, no-nonsense & can-do character has much to do with her Finnish origin. She currently lives in London, England, with her bassist-composer partner, but happily travels for work when required. She firmly believes that people who are passionate about what they do will always have an edge over those who ‘just work here’.
Heli’s coaching style is called co-active coaching and she combines her strong intuition with elements of Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and NLP. She is a professionally trained coach, member of the ICF and the EMMC, and complies with a very strict Code of Ethics, including absolute confidentiality.
